Who We Are Work for Us Support Manager Steps to Work is an established Employment and Training Provider within the West Midlands. We currently have the following opportunities: Support Manager £27,000 per annum 37 hours per week Dudley and Sandwell area Steps to Work are looking for Support Managers to join our new team on the upcoming Work and Health Programme. The roles will involve outreach work in the Dudley/Sandwell area completing a 360 degree role with participants from initial contact, to assessment, supporting participants into employment and then helping them once they are in employment. Successful candidates will have an Advice and Guidance qualification at level 4, an accredited qualification in therapy/mental health or an equivalent qualification. Experience of working with individuals with multiple barriers to employment is essential with experience of liaising with employers to source vacancies and liaising with agencies to provide individuals with specialist support to overcome their barriers.
