Black Country Futures

THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED BY THE NATIONAL LOTTERY COMMUNITY FUND

Steps to Work are proud to be the lead delivery partner for Black Country Futures, an outreach project funded by The National Lottery Community Fund to help members of the local community overcome barriers and move closer to employment.

Providing support to those aged 16 and above, this project will raise aspirations, develop personal and employability skills, and improve the economic stability of participants, enabling them to achieve their true potential.

As an organisation, we position people at the heart of everything we do and firmly believe that those who face the biggest barriers to engaging with the fruits of the economy deserve the most help to build a brighter future.
