Partnership is at the heart of what we do at Steps to Work. We have developed and continue to build close working relationships with many partners at local and regional levels from the public, private and voluntary sectors. By working together we can deliver inclusive, high quality services for the benefit of our clients.
Steps to Work work with and support job search services, information, advice and guidance on employment, training and educational opportunities to lone parents, ethnic minorities, over 50’s, people with disabilities, women returnees, people with disabilities and the long term unemployed.
We currently hold 2, ‘one stop’ employment and training shops under the Steps to Work umbrella, which are located around the area. These training and employment shops have fantastic working relationships with a list of partners which can be viewed via the links above.
All our delivery partners work with us to continue and build upon our success and gain sustainable employment for all who need our support.
