Chris Dixon has studied music for the last 5 years and currently plays as a percussionist in a reggae band!

What do you want to achieve from the programme and how will it help you to do that?

‘I received help with information regarding coaching and support in the understanding of the programme’

What was your favourite part of the programme?
‘The sessions were informative and relevant’

How do you think you have changed from the start of the programme until now?
‘Before now I viewed sport through one lens, now I understand more about the importance aspects such as warm up and cool down for example. So, my approach towards sport has changed from start of the programme until now’
