Steps to Work (Walsall) Ltd was founded in 1999 and became a registered charity in 2003. Our Mission is to work with our current and future customers to develop and deliver a range of first class measures that support training and the creation of sustainable employment that will lead to improved levels of skills and employment regardless of their background".

We have been successfully delivering pre 16 and post 16 NEET programmes in the Walsall and Wolverhampton area since 2005.

With the recent announcement of the bidding round for ESF Pre and Post 16 NEET provision in the West Midlands we are currently seeking expressions of interest from organisations interested in working in partnership with us for delivery of Post 16 NEET programmes in the Walsall and Wolverhampton local Authority areas.
