IT review and tender for business
We are looking to engage with a person / company to work with us on a short term project to look at our current IT set up and design a tender specification which we can place with several potential suppliers ensuring that each piece of work we receive can be compared on a like for like basis.
The work will involve talking to our current provider to establish our current server specifications, access and any other details which will provide the full current operating situation. It will involve discussions with our Business Continuity and Information Compliance Manager to determine the nature of the contractual requirements we have in relation to data storage and data transfer and the various MIS providers for their specifications.
The result of the work will be that we will have an independent specification that we are able to place with several operators; including our current operator who will then provide a price for delivering the service we require to meet our needs.
