How it works:

When you join Steps to Work, one of our Personal Advisers will work with you on a one-to-one basis, providing advice and support to help you find the job that’s right for you. We will put together a programme of support which is tailored to your individual needs and aspirations.

But our support doesn’t end there. We’ll also stay in touch with you and your employer during your first few months in work to make sure you continue to get all the help and support you may need.

Are you eligible for support?

To find out more about eligibility for Steps to Work programmes, please read our Eligibility Statement 12 KB.

If you are still not sure after reading the statement then contact your local Steps to Work branch and they will advise you.
