"We have been working with steps to work since we moved into Willenhall in December. The staff were extremely helpful when we first approached them and arranged for us to conduct interviews in their offices. Although we were cautious at first as we were not sure as to what quality of candidates we could expect, I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised. From the first day the placements started with us all of our doubts were soon put to rest. Steps to work staff were very helpful in getting everything set up and the staff we picked to start with us were very keen and have proved to be valuable assets to us.

Our business soon grew and needs changed. All it took was 1 phone call to Riz at Steps to work and more candidates were soon coming along for interviews. Their record from phone call to somebody arriving is 10 minutes, the kind of service I would have been pleased with from an agency who were charging us.

We have currently taken three staff on full time from their placement time with us and two of them have already achieved promotion due to their ability and keen attitude to get the job done. We currently still have one person on placement with us and have no doubt we will be calling on Steps to Work again in the very near future.

It feels good to be able to provide employment opportunities during the current economic climate but have to say that Steps to Work have made the whole process much simpler than having to start from scratch. They are also able to help us claim subsidies towards wage costs which has certainly been a big help in us achieving what we have in a short space of time."
