About Us

Steps to Work (Walsall) Limited is a progressive employment and training charity supporting people and organisations in Walsall and Wolverhampton. As a specialist employment support organisation, we provide unemployed people, including those with significant or multiple barriers to gaining work, with the help they need to overcome these challenges and find sustainable, rewarding employment.

As part of our commitment to increase the opportunities available for local unemployed people to access support and find sustainable employment, we have developed a network of branches conveniently located across Wolverhampton and Walsall. Our expanded network includes Work on the Horizon and Starting Point Recruitment.
